New report widgets improves insight into document management

Omega 365 dashboards consists of a selection of widgets. The widgets are part of our standard products. For each clients, the dashboards can be setup to meeting the reporting requirements by selecting among these predefined widgets.

The following new widgets are available:

  • Documents reviewed within due due. Shows for each period, the percentage of documents that was reviewed within the due date:

  • Issued for Review - Planned vs Actual. Shows for the count of documents planned to be issued for review vs actually issued for review
  • Issued for Construction - Planned vs Actual: Same as above, but counting the Issued for Construction documents
  • Average no of revisions before issued for construction/use: The average number of revisions, per document type, to get it to issued for use/construction
  • Duration from first IFR to IFC/IFU: This one shows the time (days) it takes to get the document to IFC/IFU
  • Actually issued vs planned issued (for review or for construction/use): Showing how many documents that has been issued vs planned to be issued up til now. Can be shown by org unit, discipline, document type

  • Review comments by category: Using the new possibility to categorize the comments, this chart shows the count of comments by category
