Journal section

Recently, we've made some adjustments to comments and related matters in our various apps. Initially, we placed comments as a tab under "Related Workflows" (kind of to save space). However, it became messy since these comments are not related to workflows.

Therefore, we have decided to etablish the comment/action concept as a seperate reusable component. This component has been named "Journal". This feature is already in place in several apps, such workflows, activities, risks, procurement and shared folders.  

In the journal section, a log of comments, actions, e-mails and files is available, directly tied to the selected data record (e.g. activity or workflow)

Send journaled emails

Alongside this change, we are also introducing a new, long-awaited feature: the ability to send emails from the system, where we store this in the journal for the sake of documentation.

E-mail are created directly in the journal. E-mails can only be sent to registered persons.
