In the segment, Vidar Nordnes, Department Manager at Omega 365 Solutions in Haugesund, emphasized how our apprentices are actively engaged in learning, working on real-life cases, and collaborating with various clients from day one. 

The apprentices talked about the good work environment and the support they receive from their team members, and how it’s an exciting environment to work in. All these aspects contributed to their decision to nominate Omega 365 Solutions.
