The Project Control team was established in August as a result of merging two existing teams into one, under the leadership of Department Manager Aleksej Širokij. This team supports three modules within the Omega 365 Project product suite: cost, contracts, and status. 

Omega 365 Lithuania already has an established Project Control team for Pims. The plan is to expand the teams working on the Omega 365 platform, providing services similar to their current offerings for Pims.

Vadim Narožnij, General Manager at Omega 365 Lithuania, described the visit as a productive and enjoyable experience. During the visit, they discussed work routines, future plans, and work scope, all while getting to know each other better. Vadim noted that this visit was the first since the pre-COVID era in 2019, which added to the significance of the HQ management team's presence and was greatly appreciated.
