Initiated in 2019, the award aims to identify and celebrate the efforts of individuals who contribute significantly to the company's objectives. These objectives include reaching either 1 000 employees, $100 million in revenue, $10 million EBITDA by 2030, or 50 000 monthly active users by 2030. 

The award's selection process allows team members to nominate their peers. The management team evaluates the top five finalists based on their achievements, adherence to company values, and overall impact within their roles.
