For Kjerstina Særsten, development is first and foremost about the people who shape the professional environment. After nearly ten years as an urban planner at Omega 365, she has taken on the role of Department Manager at Omega 365 Protek in Ølensvåg.

A focus on trust, openness, and collaboration has once again earned Omega 365 USA a place on the Houston Chronicle’s Top Workplaces list for 2025. The recognition is based entirely on anonymous employee feedback, providing insight into how the team experiences their workdays.

Omega 365 Protek has served as architect for the residential project Hopsåsen 46 in Bergen, which is being featured in the marketing of Talgø’s cladding product, MøreRoyal. The project consists of three modern single-family homes, and are highlighted for their focus on quality, durability, and thoughtful material use.

Omega 365 Australia rounded off the year with two gatherings in Perth, giving colleagues an opportunity to meet, reconnect, and reflect after a busy period of project work and continued growth across the region.
