During their visit, the team had the opportunity to delve into Latvia's rich heritage with a tour of Edole Castle, gaining valuable insights into the country's history. One of the highlights of their trip was the visit to a local fruit wine degustation, which offered the team both entertainment and education. 

The team added an adventurous touch to their journey by visiting notable landmarks, including Europe's widest waterfall. The trip aimed to cater to different personalities by blending guided tours with relaxation. This excursion allowed recently joined colleagues to build stronger connections and "oil" the communication for further collaboration.
