In their roles as employee representatives, Kari Marie Usken and Kjersti Reiersen will support colleagues in maintaining overall working standards, providing guidance in individual matters, and acting as an important link between the workforce and management. 

They both have experience in the role, with Usken having served as a deputy and Reiersen previously holding the position of employee representative. 

“I believe it's important for everyone to feel valued and heard, and we want people to feel comfortable reaching out to us. Our goal is to be approachable and understanding,” says Reiersen. 

“I'm looking forward to being the employees' representative and assisting in situations where the workforce needs a link to management,” shares Usken.
