“We have a great environment here, alongside great colleagues, delicious meals in the cafeteria, diverse tasks, and a great atmosphere,” says Gerd Marit Rugtveit, who previously worked in a kindergarten before joining Omega 365. 

“The workdays go by quickly because of the good environment at work,” she says.  

With over 100 employees working at the headquarters in Ølensvåg, the office has expanded several times in keeping with Omega 365's rapid growth. The work that Gerd Marit Rugtveit, Daria Vasilica Costis, and Ewelina Szwarc do has therefore received increased attention, and has become an integral part of the company’s everyday work hours.

Ewelina Szwarc, who also manages a beauty salon in Skjold, just a 20-minute drive from the headquarters, appreciates the positive aspects of her role at Omega 365.
