Systems Engineer Neil Carlsen and Systems Developer Aleksander Vaage looked forward to collaborating with Vice President for Business Development, Shane Butt, and his colleagues. 

“Shane and I go way back. We've both worked at Omega since 1995. Back then, he was in charge of the office in Perth. We've been talking for quite a while about conducting presentations and training in Houston,” said Carlsen. 

Vaage, from the Haugesund office, successfully passed his apprenticeship exam earlier this year. He, together with Carlsen, led the presentation of Completion Management to the Houston team.

“The Houston office has customers who mostly use Pims R4, but they want to become well-trained in Omega 365 so they’re familiar with the product and comfortable offering it going forward. We conducted two sessions while we were in Houston, and afterward, the training will continue through Teams meetings.”
