World Mental Health Day 2024

Today is World Mental Health Day, celebrated annually on October 10. At Omega 365, we join the global community in recognizing the importance of mental well-being for everyone. This year, the World Federation for Mental Health (WFMH) has announced the theme for 2024 as ‘Mental Health at Work’. Here are some ways you can contribute.
