With Easter just around the corner, we would like to extend warm greetings from Norway! Our country boasts a rich Easter tradition, complete with family time at cabins, cross-country skiing, Påskekrim ( Easter crime novels), and, of course, plenty of delicious food.

In Norway, we enjoy an extended holiday during Easter, with many people having time off from work from Thursday to Monday. During this time, Norwegians retreat to the mountains or countryside to enjoy the stunning scenery. A common sight is skiers and hikers partaking in the Kvikk Lunsj and Solo tradition, pairing the popular chocolate bar with citrus soda.
