What is analyzed?

When documents are delivered in Document Delivery, the AI analysis will use information from the front page and compare this with the information in the document such as:

• Document number/name
• Revision
• Release code
• Audit date
• Title
• Project code
• Defined metadata

Document Delivery app where DC can Initiate AI Analysis for selected documents. 

Information about changed data after the analysis can be found in Document Analysis Result. The AI analysis will also compare the latest revision with the previous analysed revision.

Note that you will not receive verification from fields where the font is un-readable by the verification process.
It can be advantageous to have a standard front page in all projects on documents and drawings.

Note that if the AI analysis fails due to unreadable front page, the Omega 365 will instead use the document number in the file name.

Security

Any analyzed data is kept inside Omega 365 instead of being part of a wider knowledge base. 
Omega 365 are using Azure OpenAI, which is a Microsoft-specific learning model. This ensures the safety of any sensitive information used in the data processing.
