Feedback from our Employee Survey 2024

The results show a stable score compared to last year, with an increase in the number of responses. We sent out eight questions where you rated us from 0 to 10, with 10 being the best, and we're happy to see that we're scoring well in most areas. In addition, we received a lot of valuable input on the two open-ended questions – here we were simply "blown away" by the good feedback! We embrace that.
But we also want to develop further based on the feedback you have given and have selected four areas where we see potential for improvement:
1. Advantage
You have given clear feedback that the program is becoming fully booked too quickly, and that we have too few apartments in popular destinations. We are actively working to find solutions and are looking at, among other things, the possibility of more company-specific team building events. We are also working on expanding the range of apartments, and in 2025 we will be able to offer another new flat in Gran Canaria, as well as six new holiday homes around the Norway (Summer). It is challenging to find good rental agreements, but we have a team in the Service Center that works continuously with this.
2. Paycheck
Many have pointed out that the pay cheque (PDF) comes several days after the salary is paid. This is due to the fact that we are waiting for a file from the bank with confirmation of transactions. We include that information on our pay cheque. Work is initiated internally to generate the pdf files even faster after the transcript overview is received. However, from the next salary payment, the S alary Overview, which can be found under Admin on the website, will be made available at the same time as the salary expires. Then you will have the opportunity to check your salary there, even if you cannot download pdf.
3. Client Feedback
Many of you miss concrete feedback on the work you do. We know this is important, and we are actively working to try to solve this. The main challenges are that some customers prefer that we do not have direct contact with the line manager, and that where we make contact, line managers are busy and do not prioritise responding to requests from us. We are working on two measures. One is to see how useful information we can get through gender neutral preferred(s) at customers who further have contact with line managers. The second is to create an internal-mail template that we can send to the line manager. It should be simple and invite to a short chat on the phone when it suits the line manager best, but also arrange for the line manager to give written feedback on some simple questions that say something about the job you are doing.
4. More meeting points with fewer consultants
Autumn dinners with consultants are popular events, but many have expressed a desire for smaller gatherings in order to build stronger networks. We have therefore challenged the Service Centre to develop new concepts, such as collections per discipline, customer or location. We look forward to sharing more information about this during 2025!
Thank you for helping us get better!
Finally, we would like to emphasise once again how grateful we are for their commitment and constructive feedback. We truly have the world's best employees, and we look forward to continuing to work with the input you have given us. Together we create an even better working day!
