As part of the Omega 365 Advantage Program a smaller group recently spent the weekend in Warsaw, Poland’s vibrant capital. Known for its rich history, striking architecture and lively atmosphere, Warsaw offered the perfect setting for a memorable team-building experience.

During the weekend the group enjoyed great food, comfortable surroundings and plenty of good conversations. Omega host Stian shared updates from Omega Consulting while the participants explored the city together. One of the highlights of the trip was a guided tour through communist-era Warsaw in a classic green Nyska vehicle. The group visited several iconic locations, including the Palace of Culture and Science often referred to as Stalin’s “unwanted gift”, Constitution Square and the Museum of Life Under Communism. Along the way they learned more about everyday life in Warsaw during the communist period, with stories about Soviet propaganda, political influence and the city’s fascinating contrasts between past and present.

Experiences like these are an important part of the Omega 365 Advantage Program. By combining travel, culture and social activities, the program creates opportunities for colleagues to connect across teams and locations while building lasting memories together.
