Students visit Omega 365 in Ølensvåg

Third-year students from Lundeneset High School recently had the opportunity to explore career prospects in their local community through the initiative "Rulling med russen". As part of this program, they visited several businesses in Vindafjord, Norway, including Omega 365.
Third-year students from Lundeneset High School recently visited Omega 365 in Ølensvåg as part of the "Rulling med russen" initative.

During their visit to Omega 365, the students attended an presentation covering the company's history, its various subsidiaries, and the employee welfare program, Advantage. 

Following the presentation, the students interacted with representatives from Omega 365 Admin, Omega 365 Areal, Omega 365 Design, Omega 365 Consulting and Omega 365 Solutions. Each department shared insights into their services, daily operations, and the skills they seek in potential employees, providing students with a deeper understanding of possible career paths within the company. 

In addition to their visit to Omega 365, the students explored other prominent businesses in the Vindafjord region, including Helgevold Elektro, Hatteland, Westcon, and Berge Sag. This gave the students valuable exposure to local career opportunities before pursuing higher education.
