Participated in leadership program
Among the participants were managers Linda Andersen Matre, Aslaug Østrem Nesheim, Helene Haukland, and Jorunn Wathne Løhaugen, who took part in the year-long program designed to strengthen leadership skills and empower them to lead their teams more effectively.
“It is of great value to us to have motivated managers with a focus on becoming better. Participating in a leadership development program is demanding, but it provides significant benefits for our company,” said Leon Dyngeland, General Manager at Omega 365 Consulting.
The program included five group sessions and eight individual coaching meetings, allowing participants to address topics aligned with their specific leadership goals.
“While the program required a significant commitment alongside regular responsibilities, its value to both the participants and the organization has been substantial,” added Dyngeland.
