Omega 365 awarded contract with Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust
Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust has selected Omega 365's Project and Asset Management solution for their hospital programme, including the new Frimley Park Hospital. The platform will serve as the programme's Common Data Environment (CDE), giving the Trust a single, connected source for managing project information across the build.

This is Omega 365's first hospital contract in the United Kingdom and an important step in its commitment to the European healthcare sector.
With up to 150 projects, including the planned Frimley Park Hospital, Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust requested a system that ensures project performance and control. The Omega 365 system’s Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Internet of Things (IoT) functionality along with Program Management, Document Management, Contract Management, and Asset Management supports key phases in all project and asset management.
“We chose Omega 365 because we needed a platform that could match the ambition of the New Frimley Park Hospital programme — one that handles the complexity of a major capital build while laying the groundwork for long-term operations and maintenance. Omega 365’s track record in Norwegian healthcare, and particularly their work on the new Stavanger University Hospital, gave us confidence that we were partnering with a team that understands what large-scale healthcare infrastructure demands.” Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust states.

“The fact that Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust has chosen Omega 365 demonstrates the platform’s ability to deliver advanced solutions for complex healthcare projects. Omega 365 is developed based on knowledge from the oil and gas sector; now we are transferring this expertise to new sectors and have created an attractive export product for Norway,” says Gunnar Hansen, Business Developer Healthcare in Omega 365.
“Phase One includes portfolio management and lays the foundation for a possible expansion into operations and maintenance across all three Frimley hospitals. Omega 365 will function as a Common Data Environment for Frimley, based on the principles used in our delivery to the new Stavanger University Hospital in Norway.” Omega 365 is today the national software distributor within project and asset management to Norwegian hospitals.
This contract opens new opportunities for Omega 365 within the UK healthcare sector and paves the way for greater potential with the upcoming construction of over 40 hospitals within the NHS.

Gunnar Hansen is Business Development Manager within Healthcare in Omega 365 Software.
