Among those representing Omega 365 were Håvard Matre, Chief Operating Officer of Omega 365 Solutions; Svein Tore Haraldseid, General Manager of Omega 365 Solutions; Ståle Håheim, Manager for Projects & Systems Services; Liam Heywood, General Manager of Omega 365 Solutions UK; and Shane Butt, Vice President of Business Development at Omega 365 USA. Omega 365’s Cost Manager, Jens Petter Thoresen, took the stage as a featured speaker, delivering insights on project controls beyond the conventional focus on cost, schedule, and risk. 

With over 25 years of experience in project controls, primarily within the oil and gas sector, Thoresen shared expertise drawn from Norway's largest onshore construction project. His presentation, which attracted an audience of about 60 attendees, underscored Omega 365’s commitment to comprehensive project management solutions that reach beyond traditional metrics. 

During the Expo, Omega 365's booth offered attendees the chance to connect with team members and learn more about recent advancements in project controls. A highlight of the event was the recognition of Norsk Hydro's Alunorte Fuel Switch (AFS) project, which utilizes Omega 365 solutions and received the Global Project Controls Transformation Project of the Year 2024 award.
