Omega 365 Core supports a wide range of teams and services that are central to the organization’s operations, including software development, Academy, sales support, quality and HSE, business support, and the Ops Center. In her role as employee representative, Rørheim will support colleagues, provide guidance on individual matters, and serve as an important link between the workforce and management.  

She brings experience to the role, having previously served as a student representative during her studies and employee representative in previous workplaces.  

“It is important for employees to have someone who can speak on their behalf. In a fast-changing business environment, employees can experience a lot of changes. Having an employee representative who cooperates with management provides a sense of security in the workforce,” she says.
