The courses cover a diverse range of HSE topics. Participants will learn more about health-related subjects, such as physical and mental work environments, as well as contributing to a workplace culture that fosters diversity and equality.. Additionally, the courses provide insights into IT security, safe working conditions, and, most importantly, how we can all take responsibility for creating a sustainable and environmentally friendly workplace. 

Each completed course awards employees 10,000 Advantage points. With a total of three HSE courses available, employees can earn up to 30,000 points.
