ACP helps candidates in the program develop key skills needed to join Omega 365 Lithuania. The program covers SQL, .NET, and web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, along with training in cybersecurity and software development quality standards. Each candidate is paired with a mentor from Omega 365 Lithuania, who provides guidance throughout the process and supports their transition into full-stack software development roles. 

“We discussed how the program has influenced recruitment, supported growth, and increased the number of employees involved in training new candidates. It was a good opportunity to share experiences, recognize progress, and explore ways to further strengthen our mentorship efforts,” says HR Officer Alina Šoparė.  

With a team of experienced specialists in Klaipėda, Omega 365 Lithuania has used ACP to prepare candidates for roles within the company, with many graduates continuing on as employees.
