For 30 years, she has coordinated everything from personnel to concerts large and small, events, team-building activities, markets, kick-offs, conferences, and trips. She has broad experience in personnel coordination in the oil industry, has run her own event agency, worked as a project manager for markets of all sizes, and has also worked in hotels—in restaurants, at the front desk, and with courses and conferences.

"I love working with people, and my everyday life at Omega is anything but boring. I work best under pressure and thrive when things are buzzing around me," she says.

Things aren't quiet at home either, with two teenage boys in the house. She is an active soccer mom and grandmother, and frequently travels to her "cabin" in Barcelona.

And last but not least, she runs the small shop and online store "Prikkar"—full of polka-dotted items, both new, used, and redesigned. With a professional certificate in floristry, she also gets to use her creative side there.

"The shop is where I unwind and recharge my batteries," says Yvonne, adding with a smile that she still doesn't quite know what she wants to be when she grows up.
