Meet the team: Tuva Helland Hundhammer
Tuva has been with Omega 365 Consulting for a year and has quickly become a valued member of the Service Center team. With a strong academic background and relevant experience, she plays an important role in supporting consultants. She also highlights the onboarding process at Omega 365 as a key factor in giving her a confident and solid start in her role.

Tuva holds a bachelor's degree in organizational psychology, HR, and Leadership from BI Bergen, as well as a double bachelor’s degree in HR, Technology, and Digitalization Management, which she completed in 2025. Alongside her studies, she worked as an HR intern at AutoStore, gaining valuable hands-on experience in HR processes and operational support. These skills have proven highly relevant both academically and professionally.
She joined Omega 365 in June 2025 as a Service Coordinator in the Service Center. In this role, Tuva supports department managers in following up with consultants throughout their entire assignment period. She is responsible for contracts, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring that all administrative and practical processes run smoothly from start to finish.
Tuva is also involved in CV quality assurance, helping ensure that candidates are presented professionally and effectively to clients. In addition, she contributes to screening and identifying relevant candidates.
“It’s very rewarding to be able to help others and contribute to consultants feeling well supported. I also really appreciate the work environment, an inclusive culture where it is easy to ask questions and where people feel seen, supported, and welcomed. The onboarding process at Omega gave me a strong foundation and a confident start in the role,” she says.
Outside of work, Tuva enjoys spending time with family and friends. This summer, she is expecting her first child and is looking forward to an exciting new chapter in life.
