At the Service Center, Mathias supports several department managers. His role includes maintaining close dialogue with consultants, providing day-to-day support, and overseeing the contractual aspects of each assignment. He also manages many of Omega 365 Consulting’s client agreements and reviews incoming applications, ensuring that candidates receive prompt and attentive follow up from the very beginning.

What Mathias appreciates most about his role is the people. Contributing to a positive work environment and making everyday life a little easier for both consultants and clients is a key motivator. Even small contributions can make a big difference.

Mathias highlights the patience and trust experienced from Omega 365 throughout his apprenticeship.

Outside of work, Mathias spends a lot of time outdoors — whether it’s hunting or fly fishing in the lowlands or up in the mountains. Music is also a big part of his life, and much of his free time is spent playing guitar.
