Her professional background spans partner and vendor management, contract handling, and administrative support in consulting and delivery organizations. She has extensive experience coordinating between clients, consultants, and partners, as well as managing processes related to onboarding, contracts, and deliverables.

What motivates her most is the people around her and the energy that comes from stepping outside the office.

“Whether it's meeting a candidate, an employee, or a client, those interactions sharpen me. I enjoy structure and having things in order, but it's the human side of the job that makes it meaningful.”

Kjersti values the opportunity to grow within a role. Her journey from payroll and invoicing to Department Manager has been built on trust, and she sees the confidence her employer has shown in her as an important driving force throughout her career.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time in the mountains with a backpack and tent and is preparing  to run the Copenhagen Half Marathon for the third time. The sense of accomplishment after a long run or a steep summit is what keeps bringing her back.

Back home in Ølen, where she lives with her two teenage sons, she is just as happy spending an evening cooking a good meal and having no plans at all. Balance matters.
