As part of the Service Center at Omega 365, Ida Marie is often one of the people consultants turn to when they require assistance, while also making sure the right documentation, approvals, onboarding, and communication are inplace, giving consultants a good start and clients a smooth experience.

“I really enjoy the variety in my workday, where I get to be in touch with different people and tackle new tasks that need solving. Being part of a good work environment with so much varied expertise, where I’m constantly learning something new, means a lot to me,” she says.

Ida Marie brings plenty of experience from various fields. Before joining Omega 365, she spent more than ten years as an Early Childhood Education Leader at a preschool, followed by four years as a finance consultant for Etne Municipality. The two roles gave her experience with people, structure, and keeping track of many things at once, all of which come in handy in her role today.

Outside of work, that same hands-on approach is part of everyday life. Ida Marie is a mother of three and runs a farm with beef cattle and sheep, while making time for workouts at the gym when she can.
