Meet the new Advantage team

Earlier this year, Omega 365 established a new Advantage team. Linda Hesthammer Johannesen and Ingrid Westergaard Døske have joined Yvonne Sandgren from Business Support to ensure that colleagues at Omega 365 continue to enjoy the full benefits of the Advantage program.

Previously, Sandgren co-managed the program alongside Aslaug Østrem Nesheim. With Nesheim now taking on new responsibilities, Sandgren has stepped in as the primary manager of the Advantage program.

“I’m passionate about the Advantage program and enjoy working with it. Even with a new team in place, the program will continue as before. It’s a solid initiative that has been evolving since 2006, and we’ll keep developing it with the same commitment in the future.”

Sandgren will now be in charge of organizing all the Teambuildings, with help from Johannesen and Døske for Team Events and Holiday Houses.

Always staying ahead

Advantage has become a cornerstone of employee welfare at Omega 365. Team members receive a starter package and monthly Advantage points, which can be used for activities such as teambuildings, professional development, or various team events. Additionally, Omega 365 offers access to 25–30 Holiday Houses, located both in Norway and internationally. The new Advantage team is ready to guide the program through another exciting year, with the Advantage Teambuildings for 2025 already launched and additional houses opening for booking.

Sandgren, together with Johannesen and Døske, has set clear ambitions for the future of the Advantage program.

“We always aim to stay ahead by keeping what works and adding new and interesting options to ensure there’s something for everyone. People can share their ideas through our suggestion registry, and we do our best to make them happen,” Sandgren explains.

Providing variety and diverse options for employees remains a top priority for the team.

“When planning the program, I aim to include a mix of activities such as football matches, domestic and international trips, sports events, city experiences, and adventures in the fjords and mountains. The goal is to offer something for everyone. I also make a point of not repeating the same country two years in a row,” Sandgren adds.
