Introducing the New “Past Meetings” Filter & Three Collapse Modes

Two updates enhance the meeting app: a "Past Meetings" filter for easier session retrieval and three agenda view modes (Default, Fully Expanded, Selected Item Only). Use "Add rich text note" for structured agenda preparation.

We are introducing two enhancements to our meeting application that will improve the user experience:

  1. New “Past Meetings” Filter
    Finding meetings you have participated in is now much simpler. The new “Past Meetings” filter automatically sorts recent sessions first, allowing you to quickly locate and revisit relevant meetings.

  2. Three Collapse Modes
    We have also added a toggle for viewing agenda items in three different ways:

    • Default: Displays agenda items along with any attachments.
    • Fully Expanded: Shows all agenda items in detail.
    • Selected Item Only: Focuses on the currently selected agenda item while keeping others collapsed.

Additionally, we recommend exploring the “Add rich text note” option when preparing agenda items. Composing an introduction for each agenda item using this functionality can help maintain a clear structure, as the introduction appears on the right-hand side for easy reference.
