Staying close to the market and understanding where projects and opportunities are developing is an important part of how we support our consultants and prepare for what comes next.

The main takeaway was that activity remains high, but the way projects are delivered is changing, with more focus on cost, efficiency, and standardization.

“Our main takeaway is that activity levels remain high. At the same time, expertise, efficiency, and the ability to mobilize the right people quickly will become increasingly important. This aligns well with how we work at Omega, and these will be important areas of focus for us going forward,” says Olav Helland, Consultant Manager at Omega 365 Consulting.

While the Energy Breakfast focused on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, Omega 365 Consulting also works across energy and renewables, power and grid infrastructure, construction, data centers, aquaculture, and more.

We are seeing that experience from the Norwegian Continental Shelf, combined with strong technical expertise and flexibility, can also be valuable across industries as projects and requirements continue to evolve.

Thank you to the Stavanger Chamber of Commerce and the participating operators for sharing their perspectives. We look forward to supporting our consultants as the market continues to develop.
