Omega 365 Consulting provides project personnel to major energy and infrastructure projects. As activity continues to grow, the company is seeking experienced consultants within engineering, IT, project management, subsea, and construction.

To support recruitment, Omega 365 Consulting also runs an employee referral program. When an employee refers a candidate who receives an assignment through Omega 365 Consulting, NOK 10,000 is donated to a charitable organization chosen by the employee. Over the years, the program has contributed both to successful recruitment and to supporting good causes.

“Our consultants’ networks are important to us, and tips about good candidates make a big difference. Through the referral program, we have for many years brought in people who fit well with us, while also being able to support good causes,” says Øystein Omdahl, Department Manager at Omega 365 Consulting.

Since 2023, the referral program has supported a wide range of organizations, with a total of NOK 780,000 donated. In 2025 alone, 25 organizations received support, amounting to NOK 250,000.
