All Omega 365 companies in the region are now based at Norevegen 17, a move that Vidar Nordnes, Department Manager at Omega 365 Solutions, is pleased with. On Wednesday, January 29, the team marked the occasion with a celebration of their new office location, featuring speeches and festivities.

“The Haugesund office, or the Omega Building as we’ve started calling it, is working incredibly well. With the addition of new colleagues from Omega 365 Protek, this felt like the perfect time to celebrate now that everyone is finally under one roof,” says Nordnes.

“With our headquarters in Ølensvåg, Haugalandet has always been an important market for us. We look forward to continued growth in the region,” adds Petter Aalvik, CEO of Omega 365.

Strengthening presence in Haugalandet

The process of establishing the Haugesund office began just before the pandemic, continued throughout 2020, and led to the official move into the Omega Building the following year. With Omega 365 Protek joining the group last year, all of Omega 365’s Haugesund operations are now consolidated at Norevegen. Sister companies Omega 365 Areal, Omega 365 Consulting, and Omega 365 Design are also located there, bringing together 75 employees across nearly three floors.

“The Haugesund office strengthens our local presence and enhances collaboration in the Haugalandet region. Being close to key industries such as maritime, subsea, and renewable energy is essential for us,” says Nordnes.

Kjell Spanne, CEO of Bo Andrén Norge AS, highlights the strong collaboration with Omega 365.

Building synergies and collaboration

Nordnes highlights the strong synergies between the Omega 365 companies now co-located in the Omega Building.

“Clients now have access to a more integrated Omega 365, offering complete solutions in contracting, project management, marketing, consulting, architecture, and engineering services,” he explains.

“For us, this move has also created a great sense of community, and we are fortunate to have such excellent neighbors and partners in Bo Andrén,” he adds.

He describes the collaboration with Bo Andrén Norge AS as outstanding. The well-established Haugesund-based flooring contractor owns the building and has its headquarters on the top floor at Norevegen. The partnership between Omega 365 and Bo Andrén is built on a long-term commitment from both sides.

Plans for continued growth

Bo Andrén Norge AS, which has been headquartered in Haugesund since the early 1970s, is also highly satisfied with the partnership.

“It has worked very well. We have enjoyed a long-standing, creative, and constructive collaboration with Omega 365, which has demonstrated great flexibility and a strong commitment to positive development. As property owners, we are proud to have such a well-established and reputable company as Omega 365 as part of our community,” says Kjell Spanne, CEO of Bo Andrén Norge AS.

Together with Omega 365, Bo Andrén is planning further expansion in what they describe as "the prime location of Haugalandet."

“There is no doubt that both parties share the ambition to continue growing,” Spanne concludes.
