Omega365's AI features enhance risk management by identifying risks, suggesting mitigating measures, and enabling AI-driven conversations. Users can register risks and opportunities via the AI Assistant, refine mitigation strategies, and link measures directly to the Risk register for streamlined management.
Managing risks effectively is a critical part of any project or operation. Our AI features can help you identifying risks and mitigating measures, and allows users to leverage AI chat to:
- Identify and register risks based on descriptions and contextual input.
- Engage in conversations about existing risks to gain deeper insights.
- Define and refine mitigating measures with AI-assisted recommendations.
In this guide, we’ll walk you through how to use these features step by step, ensuring you can maximize their potential for proactive risk management.
AI-Powered Risk identification
- You will find the AI Assistant in the task menu. This will open the AI Assistant modal with option to either get support on register new threats or opportunities, or have an conversation about the Risk shown in the Risk register
- Choose the AI mode you would like, Generation or Assistant
- Select AI-driven suggestions and register them in your Risk register. AI have suggested both threats and opportunities and you can select which of them you would like to register, when you want to register them Click "Add Selected Risk" and they will be registered in the Risk register
AI-Powered Mitigation identification
- You will find the AI Assistant also within the Risk Details application. This AI-driven assistant can help you with identify and suggest mitigating measures
- Register AI-driven mitigating measures. The mitigating measures are registered and ready for you to process, click the link for each of the mitigating measures you selected to be registered to finished the registration process.
- When the mitigating measure is registered, they will be automatically linked and shown as Mitigating measures
