Advantage trip to a winter paradise

The travelers met in Trondheim before continuing eastward to Sweden. With Hotel Åregården as their base, located in the heart of the ski destination, the weekend was filled with activities.
Snowmobiling and ice fishing
Some kicked off their stay with a snowmobile safari in Bjørnen, an exciting experience, especially for the international participants from Singapore. Others tried their luck at ice fishing, but the fish didn’t bite this time. Later, several headed to Åre Ski Resort – the largest ski resort in the Nordics – where they enjoyed fantastic conditions in a breathtaking sunset. The evening ended with a dinner gathering.
Skiing and local flavors
Saturday was dedicated to skiing, with the entire group spending the day on the slopes. In the evening, they enjoyed a dinner at Vinbaren, where local flavors were on the menu.
“It was a great experience with excellent food and drinks,” says Bjørkheim.
Sunday started with a hearty breakfast before some managed to squeeze in a final run down the slopes ahead of check-out and departure. With that, the first of many Advantage trips in 2025 was completed.
“All in all, a fantastic trip. Åre delivered at its best,” concludes Bjørkheim.
