The Advantage program is Omega 365’s employee welfare initiative, created to bring colleagues together and strengthen connections across teams through shared experiences in unique settings. This time, the destination was Hardanger, a small town in western Norway, offering a refreshing change of scenery and a great opportunity to step away from the everyday. 

With Hotel Ullensvang as home base, the group enjoyed a weekend that blended professional input with time to relax and recharge. A welcome gathering with tapas and conversation set a friendly tone early on, giving everyone a chance to connect across departments and locations. There was room for both work-related discussions and casual chats, with a good mix of backgrounds and experiences around the table. 

One of the highlights was a trip out on the Hardangerfjord in RIB boats. Suited up and ready for the ride, the group visited two local cider producers and learned more about the process behind the regional craft. The day ended with a three-course dinner that gave participants a taste of local traditions in a relaxed setting. 

Whether enjoying the spa, taking in the surroundings, or simply stepping away from daily routines, the weekend offered time to reconnect, meet new people, and return with shared experiences and stronger connections.
