The Bow-Tie diagram is a structured risk visualization technique that maps, in a single view, everything that can go wrong (causes), the risk event itself, and everything that follows from it (consequences) - together with all the controls and measures in place on both sides. In Omega 365, the Bow-Tie is built entirely around Scope Items. Each cause, consequence, preventative measure, and mitigating measure in the diagram is a fully functional Scope Item.
